Converting WebScript apps on Solaris

I have sevral application in deployment on a Solaris box with WO
3.51. Now I want move the applications over to another box with WO4
installed, but it didn't work very well.

I started the application, by executing WODefaultApp and the
application seemed to start OK. I got the: 
Jan 07 17:05:59 WODefaultApp[6625] Waiting for requests...

but when I tried to access the application with my webbrowser the app
logged this:

Jan 07 17:06:49 WODefaultApp[6625] <WOApplication 'WODefaultApp'>: NSGenericException exception occurred while handling request:
Unable to create component definition for Main.


I guess I have to convert the application, but I haven't seen any
documentation for doing so.

So, how do I get my pure 3.51 WebScripts applications to run on my
Solaris box with WO4?
