Monitor as NT service - Which port?

I have sucsessfully set up Monitor as a NT service, but when I try to
access the page I get the famous 404 error:
http://localhost/cgi-bin/WebObjects.exe/Monitor 

How can I find which port Monitor is using? Shouldn't Monitor store
it's port number somewhere so it's unnessesary to provide it in the URL?
