Monitor as Service (WO4)

The WO4 documentation says that two Monitor services is installed by
the WO installation program. The only Apple services I have is:
"Apple Mach Daemon" and "Apple Netname Server".

How can I set up the following services?
"Apple WebObjects MonitorProxy"
"Apple WebObjects Monitor"
