BRIDGE: warning: nukeObjcObject assertion failed

Does anyone know what can bring this:
  Jan 06 16:50:48 TreeDemo[81] BRIDGE: warning: 
nukeObjcObject assertion failed ...
NSJavaHandleToId(): the Objective C instance of class Vwl2q associated with the Java object 0x11611e8 of class Vwl2q has been prematurely dealloc'd.  This indicates -release was sent to the Objective C object too many times.

   Sometimes I get a

error too.
  I've heard about a patch to install, but I've heard 
someone also had this problem with the patch.
  If at least my program would crash in the first warning, 
I would know the cause of it. But it keeps going after the 
warning.
  Any help is appreciated.
