DecimalNumber problem with 3.5.1_Java_Patch_Solaris

Hi All ,

This could be really stupid .... but please bear .

I downloaded the Java Patch from

ftp://ftp.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/MultiCountry/Enterprise/webobjects/patches/3.5.1/3.5.1_Java_Patch_Solaris.tar  

and applied it as per instructions .
I am getting this error while creating a new DecimalNumber when i use 
DecimalNumber(long , exponent) constructor ..

It gives me a very long wierd value . 
Now am i missing something .... ? Is there some other version of the
patch ? I have tried rebooting , re-applying the patch and everything
 .

Any help would  be greatly appreciated .
