Configuring error message pages

Are you using Monitor?

If so, on the application configuration page, go down to the "Load
Balancing and Adaptor Settings".  Set the "Redirection URL" to the error
page you want.

If you're not using Monitor, the adaptor setting is "redir", iirc.  I
think the apache.conf or the nsapi.conf have settings....
