XCode scripting

Please forgive me if this is the wrong forum , but...

I have included some 'user scripts' in my Library/ ......./ developer 
tools path/... to be able to insert Doxygen comments in my code. 
However, XCode now has "User scripts" in the menu instead of the script 
icon, which makes the menu bar extend to the clock. When I quit the 
application, the menu bar still has half a clock visible and some other 
menu bar icons become doubled.

Is there a way of restoring the script icon when using user scripts?

(if this is not the right forum, could you please point me in the right 
direction?)
